Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Grilling and Food Preparation:
- Operate the grill to cook food items to company standards.
- Prepare ingredients and assemble food items according to recipes and quality guidelines.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Prep Area Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients and food items, including chopping, mixing, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Day-to-Day Operations:
- Keep the work area clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and surfaces regularly.
- Restock supplies as needed and inform the supervisor of any shortages or issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and food safety standards.
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
