Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as Manager – Distribution & Franchising. This role is critical in overseeing and expanding our distribution network and franchise operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of products/services while promoting consistent brand standards across all franchise partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in distribution management, franchise operations, and business development, along with strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Store Operations:
Monitoring all running Operations in Store
Manging Front of House Staff
Managing Back Kitchen Staff
Managing Suppliers and Distribution
•Distribution Management:
•Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure optimal product availability and delivery timelines across all regions.
•Monitor supply chain efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with logistics partners to improve performance.
•Analyze sales and distribution data to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
•Franchising Operations:
•Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new franchise partners in alignment with company standards and values.
•Develop franchise business models, including financial forecasts, marketing plans, and operational guidelines.
•Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with brand standards, quality controls, and operational procedures.
•Business Development:
•Identify new market opportunities and evaluate potential partners for distribution and franchising expansion.
•Build strong relationships with existing franchisees and distributors to enhance engagement, performance, and mutual growth.
•Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to support launch initiatives and expansion strategies.
•Leadership & Reporting:
•Manage a team of regional distribution and franchise coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
•Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
•Ensure adherence to local regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of experience and MiddleEast in distribution management and/or franchise operations, ideally in the retail, FMCG, or service industry.
•Strong understanding of logistics, channel sales, partner management, and franchise models.
•Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
•Ability to travel as required to manage regional operations and conduct partner visits.
