Human Resources, Compliance & Training Manager
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR, Compliance and Training Manager to lead our HR operations and training programmes at Crispy Town, Head office and franchise stores. You'll manage everything from recruitment and employee relations to designing and delivering training that develops our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for all HR matters while also creating and running training programmes that help our people grow.

What You'll Be Doing
HR & People Management
• Recruit new staff and manage the full hiring process
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues
• Write and update HR policies to keep us compliant with UK employment law
• Manage performance reviews and support managers with people issues
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records
Training & Development
• Design and deliver training programmes and workshops
• Create onboarding programmes for new starters
• Run the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Identify training needs across the business
• Manage apprenticeships and professional development programmes
• Work with external training providers when needed
Strategic Work
• Partner with senior management on HR strategy
• Manage HR and training budgets
• Lead change initiatives and improve our workplace culture
• Report on HR metrics and training effectiveness

What You Need
Must Have:
• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related subject
• 3+ years experience in HR management
• Experience designing and delivering training
• Good knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with HR systems and Learning Management Systems
